A New Year, a New Freebie!

       Hello everyone! I hope your Christmas season was amazing! Our sure was...I was so busy I didn't write anything all month! Well, I'm resolving to get back to writing in this new year. My husband and I also resolved to get back to our healthy habits. When we were planning our wedding in 2008, we followed the Weight Watchers plan and had success. As life will do, we got busy, moved, rushed, and lost track of our good habits, but no more! My sweet husband got the brand new PointsPlus Weight Watchers program for us this Christmas and we are heading back to our healthy habits for good. Sure, there will be bumps, but I just know this time we will make sure to live the healthy life and not get off track. You can even follow his weight loss journey over on his blog, Just Your Average Rob! He'll tell you himself, he has more to lose than me. But that doesn't matter, because we will be doing it together! I couldn't be more proud of him, and I can't wait to update as we go.
     But now, for what most of you came here looking for...your January 2011 Desktop Freebie!! I made it just in time for the first day of the year! Guess I should also resolve to plan ahead more as well, huh? Anyway, here it is squeaking in at the last minute. As always, there are two popular sizes I hope fit your needs. December 2010 Desktop Freebie!!!

     It's here! December has made it...seems like it was just yesterday I was picking July blueberries with my friends from Savannah (Hi Deanna and Mary!). Now Christmas is coming up fast, then 2011...WOW!

June Desktop Freebie!!

Happy Memorial Day everyone! I hope you are all relaxing after a fun filled day of cook outs, swimming, boating, or what ever it is you enjoy. I thought I wouldn't make it on time, but I actually finished this before June! I had fun making it...I had strawberries on the brain because our local farms are all laden with fresh berries around here. The warm weather brought the harvest a few weeks early, so there are strawberries everywhere!
This time around, I made two popular sizes, so those of you who need 1280x768 aren't left out! Both sizes are in the zip so there's no guessing which you need. May Desktop Freebie!!

It's nearly the end of the month, and you know what that means! Time for a new desktop freebie! My computer acted like a stubborn child pitching a fit, but I finally got the May Desktop Freebie made!

I've had spring fever for a while now, even though it is still holding in the high 40s and low 50s around here. We have daffodils and tulips blooming everywhere, but all I can think about is the beach. It's too cold for me to spend the time I want to at the lake right now, so I decided to dig up some coastal inspired things for this freebie, so it would at least be on my desktop! The resolution of the freebie is 1280x1024, but it should work in other resolutions as well.

It never ceases to amaze me how generous digital scrappers and designers are! I apologize for not having links for the credits, but I'm sure if you search (especially the freebie lists) you can find them all. So, since I have no other news at the moment...here's your freebie! I hope it can be a mini escape for you throughout your day...find an inner place where you can follow your bliss.

April Desktop Freebie...Finally!!!

Well, even though it is not 100%, I got enough to work on this computer to make a desktop! I tell you what, if I even get an extra bit of money, the first thing I want to do is my a decent computer!!! Anyone want to donate? Ha! Just kidding...

I hope you enjoy the desktop...I enjoyed making it, especially after a lengthy absence from scrapping! Since I make these desktops for my personal computer screen, the resolution is 1280x1024. Please leave a comment with what your resolution is on your desktop and I'll see what the most popular sizes are and try to keep that in mind in the future!

This desktop was made with Raspberry Road Designs Country Sunshine Add-on Kit, and a calendar from Sueli Colbert Designs. The rabbit, I downloaded and altered, but there wasn't any designer info with it, so I have no idea who it's from! If I figure it out, I'll post a comment later!
